Independent body and national care provider, Community Integrated Care (CIC), requested compliance surveys across their buildings from Scotland down to the South Coast. CIC owns and manages many individual houses to provide care alongside their care homes. Prior to occupation they required Pearsons to evaluate the properties’ condition and conduct a risk assessment alongside project management and design services for any remodelling and refurbishments.
Pearsons conducted compliance, pre-acquisition and condition surveys to ensure that staff, buildings, operators and end users were aligned with compliance regulations. This established a safe environment across CIC’s buildings that matched their high standards and informed the asset team on future budget requirements. This national contract, is being delivered across the UK within the required timeline. CIC then took these surveys, budgets and drawings efficiently to tender.
