Hartford Manor Primary School, Northwich

Hartford Manor PrimaryChris Pearson was the project manager for our recent purchase and installation of a new mobile classroom. He stepped in part way through the project when it was looking increasingly like it may not be finished in time for school to reopen in September. Chris immediately took control of the situation and from the very first time we met him, we felt confident that he would bring things back on track.

“The project was finished a week ahead of schedule and Chris was in constant contact with us, even though school was closed for the holidays, keeping us informed of the progress. We have been extremely pleased with the professional service provided by Chris and would have no hesitation recommending him to anybody else.

– Hannah M Madeley, Head Teacher, Hartford Manor Community Primary School, 01606 76183

Park Lane Special School, Macclesfield

Park Lane Special SchoolNumerous projects have been completed from a classroom extension, courtyard infill to erecting canopies. By erecting 2 canopies to both the central and rear playground areas, the school have extended there outdoor play facilities.

This has allowed the school and the relevant teachers to bring outdoor play more regularly into the children’s curriculum. There has been an added benefit to the canopy erection in that the shelter from the elements allows a useable outside classroom space in spring and summer months for outdoor classes. The canopy provides protection from potential sunburn whilst keeping the indoor/outdoor interaction at a maximum.

We have been using the services of Chris Pearson for many years and have always been provided with a fast and efficient service. Furthermore, we have always found Chris to be honest, reliable and approachable. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

– Lorraine Walmer, Head Teacher, Park Lane Special School

Charles Darwin CP School, Northwich

Charles Darwin CP SchoolBy creating an independent reception classroom with outdoor play area, the school has expanded on the services it offers. The targets set by the school were achieved through constant communication, where regular site meetings with the approved contractor led to the job being completed under budget.

Working with Chris as a county approved consultant over the years, I would recommend his services to other schools and establishments. He understands the schools and more importantly the children’s needs. He makes everything sound simple… I know it isn’t!

Westminster Nursery School, Crewe

Westminster NurseryA large redevelopment of the existing DDA ramp to accommodate free flow access in line with a recent OFSTED report meant Building Regulation approval and feasibility studies were required. The provision of the feasibility study at such an early stage in the project allowed the head teacher to get a clear understanding of the project. This then enabled the information to be relayed to the school governors for approval.

Chris Pearson has managed several refurbishment projects for us and I’ve always found him to be extremely trustworthy and straightforward. The professionalism and quality of Chris Pearson’s work is always to an extremely high standard and represented excellent value for money.

– Eileen Smith, Head Teacher, Westminster Nursery School
