Health Secretary Opens New Wing!
The package of works included building a small extension, a new conservatory area for patients and the refurbishment of the patient rooms. The development includes a new conservatory which has opened up the garden to the patients, improved toilets and bathing facilities in the extension as well as in the refurbished bedrooms, improved disabled facilities and access through a new reception area and new doors and windows throughout.
The Hospice has been modernised while creating a welcoming environment to everyone who uses its services.
Project Manager Chris Pearson, who delivered the work on behalf of Halton Haven Hospice, said:
